Food came super fast thats why we always use them was just abit sad as I got a donner meat and chips with chilli sauce and it came with no chilli sauce and only a few chips apart from that cant go wrong

It’s the only takeaway we order from for a curry and it’s usually excellent. They delivered a small container and not large as ordered online so when I called to explain it was wrong they said they would redeliver the whole order again. When the delivery guy arrived again he was checking the order we were returning on the doorstep to make sure we hadn’t eaten anything before giving over our replacement order. This was pretty embarrassing and even the second order was wrong with too few chapattis but I couldn’t be bothered phoning again. Unfortunately we will not be ordering again from Idle Balti.

We use Idle Balti regularly - usually delivery service is very good. Decided to ring when delivery was 25 mins late and was told it was being packed up and on its way. It took another 30mins and was cool when it finally arrived Hopefully this is a one off and the usual great service will continue

Food was delicious as always but an item was missing and when we phoned to ask about they said we could have them with next order. Never done that before as the odd times things have been missed they have sent them straight out to us. Will order again because we love the food.
