We use Idle Balti regularly - usually delivery service is very good. Decided to ring when delivery was 25 mins late and was told it was being packed up and on its way. It took another 30mins and was cool when it finally arrived Hopefully this is a one off and the usual great service will continue

Food was delicious as always but an item was missing and when we phoned to ask about they said we could have them with next order. Never done that before as the odd times things have been missed they have sent them straight out to us. Will order again because we love the food.
